Reading Record Books & Primary School Reading Logs
Our primary school reading records and reading logs are perfect for students who need to track their reading journey, helping them build confidence, develop a love of books, and see their progress grow over time. With a selection of vibrant full-colour designs or timeless mono-print options, our reading logs are designed with clarity and simplicity in mind. Each page includes space for notes, reflections, and teacher or parent comments, making it easy to provide encouragement and feedback every step of the way.
Proudly made in the UK, our reading records and reading logs are crafted using premium materials, including paper and inks that stand up to regular classroom use. The durable covers and thoughtfully designed layouts ensure they last throughout the school year, keeping students organised and motivated from the first page to the last.

Yes. All of our reading record books are made to order, and we can also personalise the covers with your school name and school badge for an additional charge. It’s a great way to add your school's identity to your books while keeping the format you already know works well. As personalised books are made specifically for your order, they aren’t available for express delivery. If you’re considering a personalised order, our friendly team can give you a more accurate delivery lead time.
What cover colours are available for reading record books?
Our Reading Together and My Reading Record books come in a range of cover colours, so you can choose the one that best suits your school. The colour options are available across both reading record formats, giving you plenty of choice whether you’re ordering for a particular year group, class or the whole school.
What size are Reading Together and My Reading Record books?
Both Reading Together and My Reading Record are A5 reading record books, so they’re a handy size for pupils to take between school and home. The two books are very similar, with the main difference being the amount of space inside.
Reading Together has 32 pages, while My Reading Record has 36 pages, giving a little more room for recording reading over time. Both books include space for pupils to track their reading, as well as a comments section where school and home can share notes and stay up to date.
How quickly are reading record books dispatched?
Our express reading record books are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order, so they’re a great option if you’re running low on stock or need books in a pinch. All of our books are made to order, but our standard books can be produced and sent out much more quickly, which means you can get them when you need them without a long wait. If you choose to personalise your books, this does add to the production time, so personalised books aren’t available for express delivery.
Can I order express and personalised books together?
Yes, you can include both express and personalised books in the same order. As your personalised books are made specifically for you, we’ll usually wait until everything is ready before sending the order out together. If you need the express books sooner, let us know when you place your order, and we can arrange a separate delivery so you can have them sooner.
